CyanogenMod 12 is Now Available for Download

Good News for all the Android phone and tablet users, CyanogenMod 12 is Now Available for Download. CyanogenMod 12 nightlies are now official for dozens of devices. The new release features Android Lollipop and an enhanced user experience. Also some of the CM 11 features are missing from the CyanogenMod 12, but the developers are working on this and very soon you will get all the features on the next build. Currently CM12 Nightlies are available for about 30 devices, including the Nexus 4, 6, 7 (2013 WiFi), OnePlus One, LG G3 and the HTC One (M7) and (M8). More devices will come online in the coming days.

If you are the proud owner of any of these devices and want to try the same on your device, then all you need a rooted device with CWM or TWRP recovery. After this all you have to flash the ZIP file from the recovery an you are done, and you can enjoy all the features of Android 5.0 lollipop on your android.
