Yesterday Samsung India has launched its new smartphone Galaxy Note at a press event. The company has designed it to be a smartphone and tablet hybrid and it is equipped with a 5.3-inch WXGA 1280 x 800p HD Super AMOLED display. With the new smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note you can make calls, text, sketch and write notes, and browse the web on a larger-than-phone screen. The phone is equipped with a 5.3-inch WXGA 1280 x 800p HD Super AMOLED display, this device is powered using a 1.4GHz dual core processor.
The smartphone is powered with Android 2.3 with 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera. It has internal memory of 16 GB, which you can expand up to 32 GB using a microSD card. The smartphone offers 1080p full HD video recording and playback. It has a 2500mAh Lithium-ion battery.
Apart from this the device also supports S Pen for additional inputs. The Samsung Galaxy Note is now available through leading electronic retailers in India and it has a price tag of Rs. 34,990 attached to it.
