How to Install Galaxy Note N7000 UBLSF Official Firmware
Step 1. To update you device, you need to install the latest Samsung Driver on your desktop. Download Samsung latest drivers from here.
Step 2. After installing the lastest driver on your PC, go to your device and enable USB debugging mode, so you can start the update process. Read here How To Enable USB Debugging Mode in Android Devices
Step 3. Now Download the latest UBSLF firmware on your desktop and extract the files on your desktop.
Step 4. Download ODIN application and extract the folder on your Desktop, with this application you update you device.
Step 5.Now you have all the files on your desktop, turn off your device and enter in Download Mode, Press Volume Down Key + Home button, and holding both simultaneously press the Power Button. Now, a Warning message will be shown when you need to press the Volume Up key to continue entering the Download Mode.
Step 6. After this Connect your device with PC and run the ODIN application on your desktop, If the device is connected successfully, one ID:COM boxes will turn yellow after some time.
Step 7. Now Select the files that you have to flash/install on your Galaxy Note N7000. These files are to be found from the extracted files in Step 3.
Click on ‘PDA’ and select file with ‘CODE’ in its name.
Click on ‘Phone’ and select file with ‘MODEM’ in its name. Ignore this step if there is no such file.
Click on ‘CSC’ and select file with CSC’ in its name. Ignore this step if there is no such file.
Click on ‘PIT’ and select the .pit file. Ignore this step if there is no such file.
Step 8. After this click the Start button to install the firmware on your device. The installation process will take some time, After finishing the process your device will reboot. After you see the home screen, unplug your phone from the computer.
Now your Galaxy Note N7000 is updated with the latest android 4.1.2 Firmware. Go to Settings > About phone to verify what build have you installed.
