One of the India’s largest mobile operator Bharti Airtel has announced a increase of 10% hike in Pre-Paid tariff plans. The hike is applicable for calls as well as SMS sent within Airtel network. For now, Bharti Airtel has raised tariffs plan in 5 Cities Delhi, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
Now users of the Advantage plan will now have to pay 60 paise instead of 50 paise per minute for local and STD calls and 90 paise for calls to landlines and Subscribers of the Freedom plan will be charged 1.2 paise for local and STD calls on mobile compared to 1paise at present.
