Today Sony has started rolling out the New Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for its all new 2011 Sony Xperia smartphones. The Android 4.0 update is available for Xperia Arc S, Xperia Neo V and Xperia Ray. Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and Norway are the first countries which will get the update first. The other countries will get this android 4.0 update in upcoming weeks. India will be getting the updates in the coming weeks.
These update are not Over the Air (OTA), To get this update on your 2011 Xperia Arc S, Xperia Neo V and Xperia Ray, users have to connect there device to PC or Mac. After this users are suggested to visit http://www.sonymobile.com/update and follow the steps.
Other Xperia Devices like Xperia arc, Xperia PLAY, Xperia neo, Xperia mini, Xperia mini pro, Xperia pro, Xperia active and Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman will get this update very soon, may be in the end of next month or early June.
